The main task of the concept was to create on the territory of a residential complex of a city in a city, that is, to provide everything that is needed for comfortable living of a modern business person with a dynamic lifestyle.
Recreation area for residents and visitors of the complex, it is proposed to make a cascade over commercial and office space, this decision makes it possible to create a comfortable space for living and short rest in tight conditions.
