Construction of a residential building in the Pechersk district of Kyiv (2012)
Kyiv, Pechersk district

The building is located in the historic background of 2-6 storey buildings, and modern high-rise buildings. To save the line of cornices of the old buildings, the altitude of the house was shifted to the courtyard, and the lower part goes to the red line with the facade in the classical style with the creation of an additional landscaped court on the roof.
Clubhouse residential building, without built-in commercial premises, with green roofs.
