Planning decisions on the territory of the state farm "Sovki" are proposed to accommodate multi-storey apartment buildings with underground parking lots, as well as restoration of the ecosystem of the territory in the form of a park, restoration and cleaning of the channel of the Sovka river, creation of new lakes for public use.
The location of the project residential multi-apartment buildings is justified by the fact that this sketch of the building meets the insolation standards of all residential premises. Residents of this residential complex will be fully provided with the necessary conditions for comfortable living and rest.
The design solutions are intended to hide all parking spaces in the underground space, which in turn improves living conditions for people.
The territory is served by two attached kindergartens, one separate and a school with sports grounds for the benefit of all residents of the complex. A separate park area is 10 ha.
