The main entrances to the office center, the choral arts center and the cafe are located on Studentska St. 
On 2 underground floors there are parking and technical premises.
On the first floor there is an entrance group of the office part, a center of choral art, a residential apartment with a separate entrance and a cafe for 50 per. From the 2 to the 9 floor there are office premises.
The main part of the new building is located in the yard, in place of the dismantled 1-storey garage building. The 1-storey building is adjacent to the 1st floor of the existing building and will include a spa - gyms, a pool with adjacent rooms, and conference room, and a 6 floor extension will be added to accommodate hotel rooms.
