The design task envisaged that the service center would provide a number of documentary services that are within the jurisdiction of the state, namely services in the architectural, construction, registration, migration, land and executive fields. Also planned is a modern call center for the provision of services and consultations, registration of appeals, and receiving complaints from the population.
The project envisages the construction of the administrative building of the service center "Ready". The total area of the projected administrative building is 659.9 m2, with a usable area of 647.2 m2.
The building area will be 667 m2.
The organization of places for permanent and temporary storage of cars is envisaged within the land plot.
