The purpose of this project is the creation of a memorial complex dedicated to the Holodomor victims in Ukraine, which consists of memorial and museum parts. The memorial part of the complex was built and put into operation in 2009.

The project provides for two stages of construction:

I stage - the reconstruction of the "Hall of Memory" building and II stage - construction of the museum; pedestrian bridge with a staircase-lift unit and a parking lot; landscaping with pedestrian walkways and playgrounds with themed sculptures and compositions.

The planning structure of the Memorial Complex for the Memory of the Holodomor Victims in Ukraine has a pronounced axis that passes from the "Candles of Memory" on the Stairs of Memory, through the museum building on the pedestrian bridge to the Dnipro descent, where the observation deck with a public lavatory and a parking space.
