Reconstruction of the historical Kiev staircase and observation deck near the Mariinsky Palace suggests the creation of a new all-weather closed staircase with panoramic windows and elevators. The project also provides for the creation of a pedestrian bridge over Park Alley for the safe passage of the city highway. This staircase is one of the three main entrances to the right-bank parks of Kiev (Askold's Grave, the Mariinsky Palace, the Arch of Friendship of Peoples).
