The complex of the Arch of Friendship of the Peoples continues the main axis of Kiev - Khreshchatyk. The "Panorama of the Dnieper" and the left bank of the Arco completes this axis. By size, this monumental ensemble is the largest in Kiev. It consists of sculptural compositions devoted to centuries-old friendship of peoples, a large amphitheater for 800 places, a stage with artistic premises, a large panoramic three-level terrace with wide views of the Dnieper, Podol, the Left Bank.
The monument was opened on November 2, 1982, by the leadership of Ukraine, the entire staff of the Politburo.
The architectural opening of the opening through the arch of the spectacular panorama of the Dnieper and Right Bank was repeated in Dubai, where the famous 150x100 m Ruma was established, through which the view from the Deira district overlooks the Burj Khalifa complex.
