The project of restoration of Bessarabian market provides:
- reorganization of the internal space with the use of light collapsible structures for more rational use of the territory and the creation of modern, comfortable conditions for the achievement of world standards;
- creation of a pedestrian zone between the building of the market and the adjacent quarter;
- solution of the problem of transport and parking by redistributing traffic flows on Bessarabska Square and organizing places for parking cars.
