The project takes into account historically formed buildings, as well as a complex of Kiev fortress and the complex "Mystetskyi Arsenal".

The magnitude and surface of the new architecture with the existing historical surroundings of buildings and ensembles can be traced. Proposed architectural and compositional solutions emphasize the uniqueness of the appearance of the historically formed environment. The organization of specific points and species spaces, with prospects open to key historic buildings and complexes, are located in close proximity to the facility:

- Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra with the main bell tower

- Arsenal building

- Theodosius of the Pechersk church

- Resurrection Church of the Ascension Monastery

All intra-quarter journeys and car parks are located under the platform on which buildings are located. The complex consists of residential buildings and necessary facilities.
